Terms of Service

CodeMax ("Service") is an independent API gateway that provides access to AI language models. The Service is operated by CodeMax and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC or any other AI model provider.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

• ·API keys are issued by authorized administrators or resellers.
• ·You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key.
• ·You must not share, sell, or redistribute your API key without authorization.
• ·We reserve the right to revoke API keys at any time for violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• ·Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• ·Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• ·Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
• ·Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• ·Perform vulnerability scans, DDoS attacks, or any form of security testing without authorization.
• ·Exceed your allocated token limits, rate limits, or usage quotas.

• ·Usage is tracked based on input and output tokens consumed.
• ·Token limits, rate limits, and expiration dates are set per API key.
• ·Exhausted keys will be automatically suspended until reset or renewed.
• ·All usage data is final and non-disputable unless a technical error is proven.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of responses, or fitness for any particular purpose.

In no event shall CodeMax be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Claude, Anthropic, and related names are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. CodeMax uses these names solely for identification and compatibility purposes and does not claim any affiliation or endorsement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
